Mark EsparzaMark Esparza is the Equal Opportunity Coordinator for Pinellas County office of Human Rights, where he currently investigates claims of discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations. He is a graduate of University of Colorado, New York Law School and member of the Florida Bar.
